De laatste tijd zijn er veel problemen met livedrive dat deze niet volledig of goed kan back-uppen. Om deze problemen op te lossen kan je via “ctrl + shift + S” zien met welke taken livedrive bezig is.
Als hier geen taken zichtbaar zijn maar livedrive lijkt nog wel te updaten moet er een log file gemaakt worden. Bel met ComputerZorg via 0900 – 6789 000 als u een logfile nodig heeft, de helpdeskmedewerkers kunnen u daar aan helpen.
Met deze log files kan dan een ticket aangemaakt worden voor computerhulp van Livedrive zelf via een Ticket op de Support pagina van livedrive http://support.livedrive.com/login/.
